Our role as Coaches and Educators is also to give correct orientation to our players even if they are coming from conflictive environments or they are surrounded by bad companies tah affect both the professional career or the future life, because....there is life after football, or better said, a new life starts after the end of the career of a footballer.

Years ago Bielsa said that young talented become to "premature millionaires". It is wonderful, provided they are advised correctly and living among "wholesome" friendships.
