Technical Director

To be successful as a technical director, it is necessary to have credibility within the football community. This means having an extensive background in the game. If you have not coached teams or developed young players, it is difficult to sell your message or to know the subtleties of the business. Communication skills, organisational ability, coaching expertise, patience, the power to influence, personality, vision, decisiveness and curiosity are also key features for someone in this position of technical influence.
